Research & User Testing
Personas were created, to help understand who Trilogiq’s core customers are, to allow key design and functionality decisions to be made during the UX and design process. Extensive market research and questionnaires were constructed, to obtain qualitative and quantitative data, which would ultimately be ratified through user testing of ‘end-to-end’ prototypes.
Low-fi and hi-fi prototypes of end-to-end user journeys were created prior to development, to allow for testing and decision-making, of a full ecommerce experience that ultimately meets the clients and customers expectations.
Utilising smart user interfaces, to translate a packed-configurator experience on a small device, was essential to create an easy-to-use mobile site. Additional mobile-specific tutorials, slide-out navigations would all contribute to realising this feat to great success.
